Supply Lists

These supply lists are for school year 2024-2025. Please contact Wherry Elementary for the most up-to-date lists. Supply Lists will be posted on Class Dojo and Messenger Email.

Kindergarten

  • 1 backpack (labeled)
  • 1 reusable water bottle (labeled)
  • 1 plastic 2-pocket folder (solid color)
  • 1 box of 24 Crayola crayons
  • 1 box of Crayola colored pencils
  • 1 box of Crayola washable markers
  • 4+ Elmers glue sticks
  • 2 boxes of tissues 4 rolls of paper towels Ziploc baggies
  • Clorox wipes
  • 1 bottle of hand soap
  • Teacher Wish List (not required, but things we always need)
  • Play-Doh
  • stickers
  • treasure box prizes
  • extra glue sticks

1st Grade

The following supplies will be used by all students throughout the year and should not be labeled with your child’s name.Please bring in supplies as soon as possible. Thank you.

  • 2 boxes of tissue
  • 1 large erasers
  • 2 dozen pencils (Ticonderoga)
  • 1 box gallon-size Ziploc bags
  • 3 rolls of paper towels
  • 2 large Clorox Wipes

Please label these items with your child’s name.

  • 1 pencil box
  • 3 pocket folders
  • 1 box of crayons
  • 1 backpack
  • 2 composition notebooks WIDE RULE
  • 1 Headset (no earbuds) with a microphone
  • Snacks for classroom (peanut free)

PLEASE NOTE: We will send another list home in January to replenish some supplies for the classroom.

2nd Grade

The following supplies will be used by all students throughout the year and should not be labeled with your child’s name.

  • 3 boxes of tissue
  • 4 glue sticks (no liquid glue)
  • 2 large erasers
  • 2 packages pencil top erasers
  • 2 dozen pencils (Ticonderoga)
  • 1 pack loose-leaf paper, WIDE RULE
  • 1 box gallon-size Ziploc bags
  • 3 rolls of paper towels / 3 rollos de toallas de papel 
  • 2 large Clorox Wipes

Please label the following items with your child’s name.

  • 1 box of colored pencils
  • 1 pencil box
  • 3 pocket folders with page fasteners
  • 1 box of crayons
  • 1 backpack
  • 2 spiral bound notebooks
  • 2 composition notebooks WIDE RULE
  • 1 pair of scissors
  • 1 Headset (no earbuds) with a microphone

PLEASE NOTE: We will send another list home in January to replenish some supplies for the classroom.

3rd Grade

  • 1 box of pencils
  • 1 packet erasers
  • Color pencils
  • 1 packet of dry erase markers
  • 1 Binder
  • 2 Boxes/Packages of Kleenex
  • 1 hand sanitizer
  • 2 clorox wipes or one clorox disinfectant spray
  • Gallon bags/Sandwich bags

4th Grade

  • 1 Headsets/Earbuds  (no Bluetooth)  *Important Item - This item is needed for instruction, progress monitoring, and assessments. 
  • 2 Composition Notebooks Wide Ruled
  • 1 Pack – Ticonderoga Pencils
  • 1 Water Bottle  *Important as students need to stay hydrated and can’t always leave the room.
  • 1 Pencil Bag (Our desks are shaped where they cannot hold a pencil box)
  • 2 Boxes Tissue (If you can send more that is great as we go through them quickly!)
  • 1 Bottle of Hand Sanitizer
  • 2 Sanitizing Wipes (If you can send more that is great as we go through them quickly!)
  • First Name A-J – Sandwich Bags
  • First Name K-Z – Gallon Bags

We have class community markers, crayons, scissors, crayons, etc.  No need to send them with your students.

5th Grade

Please buy  only what you can afford. Water bottles and ear buds are important. Cleaning supplies greatly appreciated. We have a lot of art supplies and writing tools etc….so do not worry about spending too much money.

  • 1 Metal water bottle
  • 3 packages #2 pencils

  • 1 box of colored pencils
  • 2 packages of wide ruled paper
  • 2  spiral notebooks, wide ruled
  • 1 hard backed composition notebook
